Wink exhibits at ICE Europe

This year's trade show appearance will be dominated by the modernized cylinder production facility in Simmerath. Additional capacities have been created at the site in the Eifel region through various conversion measures and the acquisition of new machines. The new resources & structures guarantee consistently high production quality and ensure a significant reduction in delivery times. Visitors to the trade fair stand can take a virtual tour of the new production facility to see for themselves.
In the product area, Wink is drawing attention to cylinders with ejector or blow-out devices. Here, the German manufacturer offers mechanical (PinEject) and pneumatic (AirTec, VacTec) systems. These special cylinders ensure trouble-free die-cutting processes and enable very high production speeds.
The next product highlight on show will be a complete operatonal die-cutting unit. It will demonstrate a die-cutting and creasing application that can be tried out live on site. ForceControl pressure gauges ensure the correct die-cutting pressure. 
Wink will also be showing a newly developed and improved non-stick coating. This is particularly suitable for die-cutting highly adhesive materials in long runs, as it prevents soiling caused by unwanted adhesive residues. Further PowerCut® cylinders with typical applications for the automotive, cosmetics and medical industries round off the range on show at the booth.
