As a rule, we manufacture according to the customer's template. However, we are also able to develop packaging materials ourselves. Even at this stage, you benefit from our many years of experience. In the end, you will receive a fair offer quickly and without obligation, based on the usual market prices.

As soon as you agree with the offer, we get to work: On fast CAD workstations, we develop the corresponding design plans within a very short time. As soon as the layout is ready, we select the necessary materials such as carrier plate, lines or elastomers. If you provide us with data, it will of course be treated discreetly and confidentially. Thanks to state-of-the-art software, we can handle many file formats for data exchange.

In the next step, we transfer the data to the sampling department, where precisely dimensioned sample material - on printed or unprinted sheets - is created and evaluated on large-format plotter machines. On request, we send the plotter samples to the customer for approval before the files reach the production department in the next stage. The practical experience of our designers and the innovative possibilities in CAD and plotting technology enable true-to-original sampling that is almost identical to the final product.

The computer-controlled production runs almost automatically: from the modern laser system, to intelligent cutting and bending techniques, to the waterjet-cut rubber coating, a visible, almost tangible demand for perfection runs through the order processing. Fast, precise and perfect through high-technology. The constantly controlled and continuously optimized quality standard applies not only to material and production quality, but also to speed and adherence to deadlines.

Despite all the automation and high-tech perfection, certain production steps can only be carried out by hand. This is where our experienced specialists come into play. Inserting the knives into the laser-cut base plates, mounting radius and curve knives or inserting webs, combined lines or stripping tools remain manual work at the highest level.

In cooperation with well-known shipping companies, we supply our customers throughout Europe. In case of emergency we can also deliver your tool directly within a radius of 200km around our location. Furthermore, our technical customer service accompanies you, if necessary, also during set-up and die-cutting, e.g. if it concerns special orders or new installations.
