At this year’s Labelexpo Americas, Wink will showcase their latest advancements in die-cutting technology at booth 427 under the theme "The Art of Die-Cutting." This motto reflects Wink's dedication to demonstrating the high art of die-cutting and how their tools enable the creation of true label masterpieces.

Wink will unveil the latest developments in their renowned SuperCut flexible dies. These new advancements include advanced coatings like MCR MicroChrome and Non-Stick Premium, and optimized cutting angles designed for a wide array of label applications. Known for their precision and versatility, SuperCut dies deliver exceptional cutting performance and durability, making them ideal for all kinds of label. The dies ensure superior cutting accuracy, essential for intricate designs and fine details. Additionally, Wink provides custom solutions tailored to meet specific customer requirements, guaranteeing optimal performance for unique cutting tasks.

Moreover, Wink will present the latest advancements in their SmartGap® system. The SmartGap® adjustable anvil allows for precise adaptation of cutting depth to accommodate different liner thicknesses, ensuring optimal die-cutting results even for demanding applications and very thin liners. The newly developed SmartGap® "Advance" serves as the basic version of the system. With high-precision eccentric technology, it enables the smallest adjustment steps while maintaining the unique stability of the SmartGap® system, even at high speeds. This version can be easily upgraded to the digital SmartGap® "Touch”, which offers intuitive operation, maximum precision, and numerous smart features, ensuring the highest die-cutting efficiency.
