Developed Together: Our New Employer Brand
What sets Wink apart as an employer? What do our colleagues value most about their day-to-day work? And what makes our corporate culture special?
We’ve been deeply engaged with these questions over the past few months. Together with our employer branding agency co:lisitic and an interdisciplinary team of 16 colleagues, we’ve developed our new employer brand - honest, authentic, and above all, collaborative.
The process centered on workshops, open discussions, and an in-depth exchange as equals. The goal wasn’t to create a desired image, but to highlight the values and strengths that already shape our work.
The result is our new Employer Value Proposition:
“we care. for you.”
It is intentionally designed to complement our customer promise “You cut, we care.” and sums up what we want to offer our employees: a work environment characterized by mutual trust, personal development, team spirit, and respectful collaboration.
The joint workshops also yielded five values that underpin our employer brand and describe our corporate culture:

- Driving change
- Stability meets ambition
- Shape your growth
- Purpose that matters
These values are not newly formulated guiding principles, but rather reflect what our team, through shared discussions, described as typical of Wink. They provide guidance, foster a sense of belonging, and form the foundation for our future talent acquisition efforts as well as the continued development of our corporate culture.
What made this project special was not just the result, but above all the journey to get there. Openness, trust, and honest dialogue shaped the entire development process. It was precisely this collaboration that demonstrated how much potential emerges when different perspectives come together and work toward a common goal.
With our new employer brand, we’re showcasing what Wink stands for as an employer - both internally and externally. After all, a strong employer brand isn’t created at a desk. It’s created by the people who bring it to life every day.
