SMART SOLUTION FOR DEMANDING LABEL PROCESSES

SmartShift stabilizes demanding label dispensing processes where materials, adhesives or complex contours make reliable dispensing more difficult.

The labels are carefully released from the liner and reapplied with a slight offset. This specifically reduces the release value, particularly when using high-tack adhesives or in demanding dispensing applications. At the same time, the offset helps prevent adhesive from anchoring into the liner in areas with deeper die-cuts. 

SmartShift uses the movement of the running web and operates entirely mechanically, without the need for an additional external drive. Depending on the machine configuration, SmartShift can also enable earlier matrix stripping and can be flexibly integrated into existing processes.
