The most important and influential label fair in South China is just around the corner. From 4th to 6th of March Sinolabel opens its doors in Guangzhou. The German die-cutting tool manufacturer Wink, represented by sales partner WINCHANCE, will be on site and show a wide range of exceptional die-cutting solutions, e.g.:
SUPERCUT FLEXIBLE DIES: Wink's CNC manufactured flexible dies come along with specific blade geometries, treatments and coatings making even the most demanding die-cutting challenges a piece of cake.
FLEXIBLE DIES SHEET-FED OFFSET: Wink offers special tools for the rotatary die-cutting of inmould labels within sheet-fed offset machines or offline, in external devices. This allows for higher process speeds and many other advantages. In new applications, even the smallest circular elements (injection holes) can be accurately die-cut and vacuumed.
BLADEFIX CORRECTION PEN: This tool provides „first aid“ for broken die-cutting edges. It is especially useful for the punctual repair of accidently damaged cutting lines and can save your job despite of short deadlines and lack of immediate replacement.
LASERHARDENING: Laserhardening prolongs the die's life span and are especially suited for converting filmic materials and cutting-through applications.
NONSTICK COATINGS: Wink's Non-Stick dies come with four special coatings keeping residues away and thus providing perfect and clean die-cutting results, less downtime and longer tool life.
MCR: The MCR coating provides prolongation of the tool lifetime making it the perfect choice for processing abrasive materials.
SMARTGAP®: The SmartGap® system is designed to adjust the cutting depth by changing the gap between cutting tool and anvil cylinder. This is especially useful for converting label material on very thin liners. The digitally controlled version SmartGap® Touch offers multiple smart functions improving on precision, handling and efficiency. The latest feature AutoControl is the next big leap towards fully automatic die-cutting as it detects missing labels and adjusts the cutting depth by itself.
