Wink envelope dies are available as window dies, profiles and separators with variable geometry. They are suitable for all common machine types and magnetic systems and are available with various types of lay-on with a bent edge or pin system.

Our envelope dies are manufactured using the most up-to-date CNC technology to guarantee minimum tolerances and extremely high longevity, whether it be standard window dies, ripper perforations or security cuts. 

EasyBend technology

The patent pending EasyBend technology guarantees a simple and very accurate bend on the dies.
The bending edge is a perforation generated by most modern laser technology, which ensures perfect bending and outstanding fitting onto the cylinder.

The flexible window die

Gain maximum flexibility with our turnable WinDuo dies. You decide whether to align the window lengthwise or crosswise. An already bent die can still be used for the alternative direction. Just break off the bent edge and bend the other side.
