For some narrow web printing applications rotary dies are still the best choice, e.g. when manufacturing packaging and cardboard. We produce high quality cutting cylinders, which stand out for their precision and durability. Our tools are manufactured using the latest CNC technology and finely tuned to your individual needs. Cutting cylinders can be retooled and resharpened several times.

Variants

• Unhardened: All round dies made from high quality tool steel. Particularly suitable for kiss-cutting adhesive materials (piggy-back) for small to medium orders.

• Through-hardened: Special dies made from high quality tool steel (hardness: 58-60 HRC). Particularly suitable for kiss and through-cutting paper/cardboard packaging, thermo paper and synthetic materials for large orders.

Both variants are available on request with a non-stick coating, which protects extremely effectively against paint and adhesive residues.
