The wink FlexAir® system combines the advantages of air pressure rotary dies and flexible dies. On the surface of the FlexAir® magnetic cylinder, there are outlet holes for the air channels. The associated flexible die also has openings in the appropriate places, so that punched parts can be blown directly into a suction funnel.

Advantages of the FlexAir® system

The advantages are obvious. Only one flexible die has to be replaced when it becomes worn. This is significantly quicker and costs less than it would to take the entire cylinder out of the machine and have it retooled. This makes FlexAir® a cost-efficient and time-saving alternative to rotary die systems.
